Simple purchase terms.

FrameNook is operated by 杭州耘擎科技有限公司. The current preview is not accepting payments. These terms describe the planned Pro offering and must be shown before commercial checkout opens.

What Pro includes

FrameNook Pro enables automatic photo slideshows and continuous playback of supported photos and videos from a USB folder. Basic Immich browsing, manual photo navigation and single-file USB playback remain free.

The planned price is US$4.99 for one TV installation, paid once. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the amount and any currency conversion shown by PayPal before approving. FrameNook does not charge a separate recurring photo-storage fee.

Trial and internet checks

A seven-day trial starts after you explicitly choose to try Pro and successfully begin an actual slideshow or continuous folder playback. Sample-gallery playback does not start the trial. No card is required to start the trial.

Pro needs an internet connection to activate and at least once every seven days to verify paid access. Trial access can be cached for up to one day and never extends beyond the trial end. When access cannot be verified, advanced automatic playback pauses; basic USB single-file playback remains available. This is a purchase-verification requirement, not cloud storage for your media.

Restoring or moving a purchase

Save the private recovery code shown after activation. Use it on the purchase page to restore after reinstalling or move your purchase to another TV. A move requires explicit confirmation and does not grant simultaneous ongoing licenses to multiple TVs. The previous installation loses access on its next successful verification or when its previously issued offline access expires.

Removing the app does not cancel or refund a purchase. Refunded or reversed purchases cannot be restored as paid access.

Refunds

For a purchase made through the FrameNook PayPal checkout, request a refund within seven days of payment by emailing hzlinj@126.com with your PayPal transaction reference. This seven-day refund guarantee does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to you. Refunds are returned through the original payment provider. Processing time depends on PayPal and your payment method.

A completed refund or payment reversal revokes Pro access. An offline TV may retain a previously issued paid lease until its next verification or that lease expires, for up to seven days. Your own photos, videos and free basic playback are unaffected.

Compatibility and media

Use only media and servers you have permission to access. You supply and maintain your Immich server, USB drive and network connection. Supported TV models will be stated in the store listing. Video playback depends on the TV's supported codecs; a filename extension alone does not guarantee playback.

FrameNook is independent software and is not affiliated with Samsung or Immich. It operates while the app is open and does not replace Samsung Art Mode or the TV system screensaver.

Help before paying again

If payment is interrupted, use Check payment status before making another purchase. Do not send support your password, API key, private recovery code or card details. See Privacy for how connection and activation data are handled.
